Make Up Revolution Contour Palette - swatches and review

Wednesday, 2 September 2015
This contour palette is available from for £8, which is very good value. The only other contour palette I own is the Barry M one, and I personally prefer the Make Up Revolution one. I'd love to try the Anastasia contour palette but I cannot afford it, so this is the next best thing!

As you can see there are eight shades, four highlight powders (two matte and two shimmer) and four contour shades (three matte and one shimmer).

These swatches show each shade with and without the flash. These are very pigmented and only a little is needed, especially for the darker shades. I personally feel the darker shades work better than the lighter shades, as you can probably see in the swatches.

When using this palette I use the second from left shade to contour as it's lighter and less muddy than the other two. To highlight my cheek bones I use the white highlight which is very pigmented! And to set my under eye concealer I use the yellow powder.

Thanks for reading :)
